This page details the reporting parameters of Twitter channel. Below is a sample report.

Authenticated users

This parameter displays the number of on-boarded users.

Parameter	Description
Messages sent	This parameter displays the number of messages sent for the selected period.
Messages received	This parameter displays the number of messages received for the selected period.
Engaged customers	This parameter displays the number of customers engaged in sending and and receiving the messages when the report is generated.

Total messages

This graph displays the number of messages sent and received for the selected period.

Delivery type

This graph displays the number of messages delivered through API.

Attachments

This graph displays the number of messages sent and received with attachments.

Attachment Types

This graph displays the number of messages sent and received with attachments for the selected period.

Parameter	Description
Messages from flows	This parameter displays the number of messages sent using flows.
Messages from rules	This parameter displays the number of messages sent using rules.
Messages from API	This parameter displays the number of messages sent using API.

Export logs

The log file is downloaded in a zip format and is password protected. The 8 character password is a combination of the first 4 characters of your logged in user ID and the first 4 characters of your domain name. For example, if your domain to access IMIconnect is https://taskmaster.imiconnect.io and your user id to login to IMIconnect is [email protected], then the password of your downloaded zip file is Johntask.
