Messages Sent

This graph displays the number of messages sent by IMIconnect for the selected period. Hover your mouse on a specific date to view the details of the messages sent.

Parameter	Description
ALL MESSAGES	This parameter displays the total number of messages sent for the selected period.
API	This parameter displays the number of messages sent using API. This graph displays the number of messages delivered through APIs.
RULES	This parameter displays the number of messages triggered by rules.
SMPP	This parameter displays the number of messages sent using SMPP
WORKFLOWS	This parameter displays the number of messages sent using the workflow
INTEGRATION	This parameter displays the number of messages used by integration.

Request	This parameter displays the number request made to send messages.
SMS Sent	This parameter displays the number of messages sent.
Delivered	This parameter displays the SMS delivered along with the percentage of the messages delivered for the selected period.
Failed	This parameter displays the SMS failed along with the percentage of the messages failed for the selected period.

Messaged Received

This graph displays the number of messages received by IMIconnect for the selected period for a selected inbound number.


Drop Down Menu	Displays all the number in use to receive in-bound messages.
Total Inbound	Displays total messages received.

Failure by reason

This table displays the reasons for the messages could not be delivered, along with status code and count. Click here to view all the failure reasons for SMS channel.

Parameter	Description
STATUS CODE	Displays the status code of the failed SMS
STATUS NAME	Displays the details of the error code
FAILURE COUNT	Displays the number of message failure occurred over the selected period.

Exceptions

This table displays the number of messages accepted and rejected by IMIconnect and the number of messages rejected and delivered by an Operator.

TOTAL REQUESTS	Displays the total request made to IMIconnect .
IMI ACCEPTED	Displays the number of requests accepted by IMIconnect
IMI REJECTED	Displays the number of requests rejected by IMIconnect
OPERATOR REJECTED	Displays the number of SMS rejected by the operator
OPERATOR DELIVERED	Displays the number of SMS delivered by the operator

Export logs

You can export the logs to excel format. If the records are more than 1000 in a report, the report will be sent to the registered e-mail within 24 hours. Select the events for which you want to generate logs. Select From Date, End date, and click EXPORT LOGS. The log will be downloaded as a zip file that contains the excel file. The excel file is password protected.

The log file is downloaded in a zip format and is password protected. The 8 character password is a combination of the first 4 characters of your logged in user ID and the first 4 characters of your domain name. For example, if your domain to access IMIconnect is https://taskmaster.imiconnect.io and your user id to login to IMIconnect is [email protected], then the password of your downloaded zip file is Johntask.

Mobile Terminated	The total number of messages that were sent from IMIconnect.
Mobile originated	The total number of messages that were received on IMI connect
Start Date - End Date	Select the time period of the report log.
