Flow: NLP Premium

NLP Premium node gives you additional intelligence modules that provide much more complex capabilities. It gives you the power of analyzing the sentiment of your customer, or to understand if the user is asking a question or not, etc.

The intelligence modules available in NLP Premium node are:

1. Language Detection
2. Language Transaltion
3. Sentiment Analysis
4. Profanity Filter

Configure NLP Preminum node

1. Select on of the intelligence modules that you want to apply to input text.

2. After selecting the module, enter the input text, if it's a static message, or enter the path of input text as shown in the body.

3. Click on OK to save and proceed with the flow
